Sa recherche porte principalement sur les relations contractuelles entre acheteurs et fournisseurs, en particulier dans un contexte international. Elle adopte une approche méthodologique centrée sur les expériences comportementales. Dina s'intéresse également aux chaînes d'approvisionnement alimentaires. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans des revues de premier plan, telles que Journal of Operations Management, International Journal of Production and Operations Management et Transportation Journal, entre autres. Elle est rédactrice associée de l’International Journal of Production and Operations Management et siège au comité de lecture de plusieurs revues spécialisées en gestion des opérations et des chaînes d’approvisionnement.
