KIM Dongkyu

Dongkyu (Brian) KIM est Professeur Assistant en Comportement Organisationnel et Management des Ressources Humaines à NEOMA Business School. Il a obtenu son doctorat de HEC Montréal. Il enseigne des cours de premier cycle en OB et psychologie, ainsi que des cours du programme Grande École en ressources humaines et en organisation et leadership. Ses recherches portent sur le leadership, la motivation, l'engagement organisationnel, les comportements de travail prosocial, les processus d'équipe et l'éthique dans les organisations. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans le Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group & Organization Management et le Journal of Business and Psychology. L'une de ses recherches récentes a été sélectionnée comme meilleur article de la 80e division comportement organisationnel de l'Academy of Management.
