MANDALAKI Emmanouela

Emmanouela est Professeur Associé au sein du département Hommes & organisations à NEOMA Business School. Dans sa recherche, Emmanouela explore des dynamiques et asymétries entre des facteurs cognitifs et corporels qui façonnent les interactions interpersonnelles éthiques et affectives dans des contextes sociaux et organisationnels, inclus les méthodes de recherche organisationnelle, afin de fournir des perspectives alternatives à ses sujets de recherche. Elle analyse ces dynamiques pour investiguer plus particulièrement des questions de gendre, inclusion et inégalités dans les organisations. Les travaux de recherche d’Emmanouela ont été publiés dans des livres ainsi que dans des revues internationales telles que Journal of Business Ethics, Organization, Organization Studies, M@n@gement, and Gender, Work and Organization. Emmanoulea est co-Editrice pour la section Feminist Frontiers de la revue Gender, Work and Organization et membre du 'Editorial Review Board' de la revue Organization Studies. Emmanouela est évaluateur ad hoc de plusieurs revues, notamment Organisation Studies, Organization, le Journal of Business Ethics et Gender, Work and Organization. Au cours de sa carrière pré-universitaire et universitaire, Emmanouela a travaillé pour des organisations internationales à but lucratif et non lucratif en Égypte, en Suisse, Grèce, Albanie, Andorre, Espagne, Chili, Brésil et Colombie. Elle a acquis diverses expériences sociales qui alimentent sa Recherche.
