Azusa Nakamura est Professeur Assistante dans le département « Hommes & Organisations » de NEOMA Business School. Elle a obtenu son doctorat à l’université Bocconi. Avant de rejoindre NEOMA Business School, elle a travaillé à l’Université de Groningue en tant que professeur assistant.

Ses recherches portent sur l’évolution et la dynamique des réseaux, le statut, la dénonciation et l’industrie cinématographique hollywoodienne. Les travaux d’Azusa ont été publiés dans le Strategic Management Journal. Elle a présenté ses travaux lors de conférences internationales importantes telles que la réunion annuelle de l’Academy of Management et le colloque du European Group for Organizational Studies.
