Shiva Taghavi est Professeur Associée en comportement organisationnel et responsable de l'aire d'excellence "Future of Jobs & Working Condition" AE Future of Work à NEOMA Business School. Elle a obtenu son doctorat en gestion des ressources humaines à HEC Paris. Ses recherches portent sur la diversité et l'inclusion, les identités multiples, le genre, les migrants et les réfugiés. Appliquant des méthodes quantitatives et qualitatives, elle étudie comment les identités multiples interagissent pour prédire le comportement sur le lieu de travail. Ses travaux figurent dans divers chapitres de livres et articles dans ces domaines, notamment dans le Journal of Business Ethics, M@n@gement, et International Studies of Management & Organization.
