CHEN Yen-Tsang

PhD, Sciences de Gestion

Chen Yen-Tsang est professeur assistant à Neoma Business School. Il est ingénieur mécanique et a obtenu son doctorat à Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo de la Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/EAESP), en 2015. Il a travaillé plus de 10 ans en tant qu'ingénieur, coordinateur et manager de projet pour des entreprises spécialisées dans le domaine ferroviaire comme Alstom et Metro de Rio de Janeiro. Actuellement, il est responsable du MSc Management de Projet sur le campus parisien et il enseigne les cours de Management des Opérations, Achats et Recherche Opérationnelle. Ses intérêts de recherche sont les opérations comportementales, la stratégie des opérations, la chaîne d'approvisionnement résiliente et la gestion de projet. Sur le plan méthodologique, il utilise des expériences contrôlées, l'analyse des choix discrets et des sondages dans ses recherches, mais ne s'y limite pas. Les résultats de ses recherches ont été publiés dans des revues de premier plan telles que IJOPM et des conférences telles que POMS, EUROMA et ICOSCM.
