EUN Hye Jung
PhD International en Affaires
Hye-Jung EUN est Professeur Assistant au département « Hommes et organisations » de la NEOMA Business School. Elle a obtenu son doctorat à Singapore Management University et sa maîtrise à l'université de Cambridge. Elle donne des cours sur le comportement organisationnel, le leadership et la gestion des ressources humaines. Ses recherches portent sur la créativité, l'innovation, l'inégalité, le genre, la diversité et l'inclusion, et l'avenir du travail. Elle a présenté ses travaux lors de grandes conférences internationales telles que la réunion annuelle de l’Academy of Management et le colloque du European Group for Organizational Studies. Hye-Jung a reçu plusieurs prix, dont le Samsung Economic Research Institute Best doctoral student conference paper award et la demi-finaliste du concours Asia Pacific 3 Minute Thesis.
