PAILLE Pascal

Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches

Pascal Paillé est Professeur au département Hommes & Organisations à NEOMA Business School. Avant de rejoindre NEOMA BS, Pascal a été professeur titulaire à l’Université de Laval (Canada), où il a été directeur du programme PhD de la Faculté des sciences de l’administration. Pascal est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Sciences de gestion, et d’une Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches en Sciences humaines. Ses recherches portent sur l’écologisation des milieux de travail au niveau micro. Pascal a publié 4 ouvrages, 1 essai, 15 chapitres d’ouvrages et plus de 80 articles dans des revues à comité de lecture. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Organization and Environment, Journal of Cleaner Production. Ses enseignements concernent la GRH durable, environnementale et sociale, et la Théorie des organisations.
